Katie Boudakian (née Raznick) is Director of Forty Nine HR. Katie is MCIPD qualified and has over 10 years extensive Human Resources experience with success in different industry sectors. She was Head of Human Resources for five years at Investors in People UK (IIPUK) and led IIPUK through organisational change.
Katie has developed HR strategy, practices and HR teams at a range of organisations. She judged the CIPD People Management Award in 2006 and 2007 and 2007 Media Employer of the Year.
