Katie Boudakian is Director of Forty Nine HR. Katie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has a Diploma in Management Consultancy awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Katie has over 10 years extensive Human Resources experience with success across industry sectors. Before establishing herself as Director of Forty Nine HR, Katie was Head of Human Resources for five years at Investors in People UK (IIPUK) and led IIPUK through significant organisational change.
Katie judged the CIPD People Management Award in 2006 and 2007 and 2007 Media Employer of the Year.
