Forty Nine HR was asked by an accountancy practice for support, advice and guidance on redundancy as it was the first time in the company's history that redundancies were inevitable. Forty Nine HR advised Partners on the consultation process and provided them with step by step guidance documents and letters for each stage of the consultation process. Forty Nine HR conducted all the redundancy meetings with the Partners. The redundancies were completed with no appeals.
