Forty Nine HR was asked by a leading Management Institute to review its performance management practices. Through a series of company workshops and Director meetings, Forty Nine HR found a number of issues with current practices including a lack of consistent measurement of performance.  Forty Nine HR successfully delivered a new performance management system that measures performance against company objectives (outputs), competencies and values (inputs). The new performance management system is also supported by a 360 process. Forty Nine HR supported the company with its communications plan for delivery and the new performance management system is full embedded into the company.
